A page or Category is not visible

Banking pages are missing

Simple Tracking hides Banking, Transfers, Reconcile, Rules, and Journal Entries. Open Business Profile and confirm the saved Bookkeeping Setup. Corporation Workspaces use Bank Account-Based Tracking.

GST/HST reports are missing

GST/HST Summary and Detail are hidden when GST/HST tracking is disabled. Review Business Profile Sales Tax settings.

Home Office, Vehicle, or Rental Property is missing

The corresponding Additional Bookkeeping Feature must be enabled. Home Office and Vehicle remain in navigation when disabled and provide a link to Business Profile. Vehicle remains a partial feature and may not provide a complete final workflow.

A Category is missing from a selector

The Category may be:

• inactive or deleted;
• part of a disabled Additional Bookkeeping Feature;
• a bank or credit-card account that belongs in the dedicated payment,

statement, reconciliation, or transfer field instead.

A locked Category cannot be selected

An active locked account remains visible with a lock icon. Select it to see why it cannot receive a new posting. A Workspace Owner may change Lock Account in the Chart of Accounts when the account is intended to accept direct posting. An unlocked active account, including an Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or system-calculated account, can receive an ordinary posting in a compatible Category or Journal Entry Account field.

A settings action is unavailable

Structural changes require the Workspace Owner. A View Only Accountant cannot write transactions; a Transaction Edit Accountant cannot perform Owner-only structural actions.

Direct links redirect elsewhere

Route guards prevent access to pages hidden for the current Workspace configuration. Change the applicable saved setting rather than relying on a direct URL.
